Cheeky Fellow

I get most of my ideas near bodies of water...no joke. And this one was no exception. Mermaid + jack-o-lantern. What could possibly go wrong?

Long and short: Reeves water soluble wax crayons, watercolor, colored pencils, LOTS of salt (as you can see), white gel pen ink and liquid white ink ALL on Strathmore Best Multimedia paper 5x7.

...will there be another?

MAYBE...only my hubby KNOW the next idea (and promptly rolled his eyes at me) and depends on how the sketch pans out...

Only the muse will let me know...

And yes, Halloween is my FAVORITE holiday/time of the year.
