From this [link] to now this. I would say took about 5 days to do, tops (or maybe 3.5 at the least..I wasn't counting. Was I suppose to count?) Detail at my blog: [link] (hyperlink dance! YEAH!)
ANYWAY:
Done on Canson Watercolor XL paper, LOTS of white ink, white acrylic, watercolor, colored pencils and a HINT of colored pastel pencils.
Detail is here:
Are all things dark and evil. No, I don't think so. Come to look of things, I would say she looks pained. Could be that extra set of wings she has...mhhhhhhhh...growth hurts.
Thanks! I blocked off all the area that was going to be white using a non-yellowing masking fluid (cause when I paint, I can get abit messy! ) - hair was the last thing I did. So I peeled off the fluid, added alittle watercolor and colored pencil, went over all of it with white acrylic (which smooths out the tone of the watercolor and colored pencils) and then added white ink where it was needed.
The details on the arm were abit tricky - but that was done with a base of watercolor, then a light layer of colored pencil and then pastel pencil watered and added like watercolor.
